Bus Norte User Reviews
The « salón cama » was excellent! And the steward made a perfect job!
Yatskaer D.
The staff is fine and the bus clean. They gave us soda in the evening and a coffee in the morning, which is not the case with every company. My only gripe is we arrived very late despite the bus having departed on time and no obvious delays on the route. I would ride Bus Norte again
Martin D.
very comfy bus, unfortunately there were some small cockroaches living between the bus wall and my seat.
Jeremy D.
Bus departed on time, the staff was nice and the seats were comfortable.

The bus stoped at Osorno station (we think) and some guy told everyone who going Santiago and Valparaiso that they should leave the bus (in Spanish!!). At first we didn’t understand and stayed in the bus. A Minute after he came back and made us leave the bus. We didn’t understand why we where going to chance bus and he just said (in Spanish) that he would take care of our big luggage and then they drove off. And then we just stod there totally confused and didn’t know what to do with ourselves. No info - nothing! We talked to a woman and she didn’t seem to understand why we didn’t have our luggage, cuz everyone else had theirs. We didn’t know wether it has stolen or even where the bus was... Horrible way to start the trip! Luckily somebody who spoke English explained the situation for us (not the company!)
