The phone chargers did not work on the coach I travelled on but the toilet was of high standard If they could just take two rows of seat from these coaches to give passengers more room leg travel would be improved and more comfortable Thanks
Very late to depart and NO information provided as to what was going on:a complete disgrace.
Customers were left in total ignorance as to amount of delay or its causes,
The drivers were so considerate of me a mother, travelling with her two minors below the age of 3yrs. I didn't feel rushed, they assisted me with my luggage and were polite and friendly to the children. My children felt comfortable in the coach. We usually travel by train or using our own vehicle. We arrived a lot earlier than scheduled. That was a bonus.
Everything was fine, air condition, heating, staff were absolutely fine!!! Thanks very much!!
(One little thing, what is very important for the long travelling: The toilet was so smelly)
The coach was about an hour late. Though there were staff around no one told ups anything about why the coach was kate. No reassurance from staff. Passengers were left standing in the cold.
Bus was over heated and when we stopped at the services were told it wasn't a comfort break. They thought a girl was still in the station and pulled out. In that heat drinks were needed. Not okay.
The operating company wasn't aware of the parade going on in the arrival city (Manchester) blocking the access to the terminal, which caused over an hour delay, and did not come up with the solution in a timely manner. Very disappointing.
