Everything was perfect unfortunately I left my stuff in the bus
It was good journey
Late one hour
The drivers were so considerate of me a mother, travelling with her two minors below the age of 3yrs. I didn't feel rushed, they assisted me with my luggage and were polite and friendly to the children. My children felt comfortable in the coach. We usually travel by train or using our own vehicle. We arrived a lot earlier than scheduled. That was a bonus.
Everything was fine, air condition, heating, staff were absolutely fine!!! Thanks very much!! (One little thing, what is very important for the long travelling: The toilet was so smelly)
Bus had a funky smell, general people BO and urine (possibly from the toilets)
Seats needed cleaning. Staff lovely. Great drivers. Toilet yucky.
Kept us informed
Amazing service second to none 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Great reliable and friendly service, well pleased 👍
The coach was about an hour late. Though there were staff around no one told ups anything about why the coach was kate. No reassurance from staff. Passengers were left standing in the cold.
Over all I am happy and Mr driver is very nice person.
Wished the driver would put on the air-conditioning as it was quite warm and stuffy plus the extra hour delay reaching Mamchester didn't help
Very timely and smooth
Its the best to travel with
Very good and cheap way to travel in England
Love you guys.
The drivers were polite and helpful, timely and well driven
I was satisfied with today's Service.
Good customer service
Very good experience
Very satisfied 👍
Bus was over heated and when we stopped at the services were told it wasn't a comfort break. They thought a girl was still in the station and pulled out. In that heat drinks were needed. Not okay.
The operating company wasn't aware of the parade going on in the arrival city (Manchester) blocking the access to the terminal, which caused over an hour delay, and did not come up with the solution in a timely manner. Very disappointing.
Necessity of better organisation regarding drivers' break and time
Brilliant staff very nice and friendly very professional
very unhappy about the delay, not because the driver had to take his break of an hour (which is totally understandable) at the time of departure, but by the lack of alternatives, when people are travelling and commuting all day long, one delay has bad consequences on the whole journey.
