The entire bus smelled like the worst public restroom you've ever been in. They only turned the AC on for maybe two total hours during a 12 hour trip. There was no food/snacks, no charging ports, and no WiFi. The seats were comfy enough and reclined a good distance, but the heat and smell made it a miserable trip.
My bus was over 3 hours late to Santiago causing me to miss my next bus. Very disappointing.
Bus seats (salon) are very comfortable. Stuff polite and helpful. Washroom did not have any toilet paper nor paper towels. It did overflow and was smelly for the second half of the trip.
“Salon cama” was very comfortable
It was a reasonable journey. There were problems with the engine of the bus. Because of that we had a delay of 1 hour. The movies were really bad, diner and breakfast really poor, some cookies and a juice. We couldn't get any other thrinks. The comfort was good.
The bus stoped at Osorno station (we think) and some guy told everyone who going Santiago and Valparaiso that they should leave the bus (in Spanish!!). At first we didn’t understand and stayed in the bus. A Minute after he came back and made us leave the bus. We didn’t understand why we where going to chance bus and he just said (in Spanish) that he would take care of our big luggage and then they drove off. And then we just stod there totally confused and didn’t know what to do with ourselves. No info - nothing! We talked to a woman and she didn’t seem to understand why we didn’t have our luggage, cuz everyone else had theirs. We didn’t know wether it has stolen or even where the bus was... Horrible way to start the trip! Luckily somebody who spoke English explained the situation for us (not the company!)
Took the nightbus from Puerto Montt to Santiago. Great trip. Nice chairs, slept good. Food was basic but I didnt have any anyways because I felt a bit sick.
The buses were on time but for some reason the air conditioning didn’t function so it was outrageously hot for the majority of the trip. This can make for a very unpleasant 12 hour ride.
One of the most comfortable over-night buses I had. Slept very well! Bus was a bit late, and maybe a bigger breakfast could be served
Please consider fixing the usb ports on the seats, most of them were broken
Such a great service, very comfortable bus seats and drivers are professional.definitely travel again with them on my next trip to south chile. Thanks!
Professional and courteous staff. No toilet paper available when needed.
Great service. Great comfort. Great ride!
The movies were dubbed in Spanish with Spanish subtitles. It would be nice for English speaking passengers to have a way to enjoy the films.
