The bus's toilet did not provide toilet paper, after finished toilet, there was no water to wash hand and no water can flushing toilet. Most of people in the bus did not ware a mask (including the driver).
Everything was great except there was only one stop in six hours and we couldn't buy anything. We should at least be able to obtain water for a trip that long or Internus should provide water. I think it was just because of Coronavirus that the place we stopped at was closed but still. Someone should have known that and told us. We could have prepared better for the trip.
This was one of the worst bus experiences I’ve ever had. The bus was not as advertised. The WiFi didn’t work for over half the trip, the tray table was broken, the tv didn’t work, the seats were not even close to spacious. I am 5’4” and my knees touched the chair in front of me. People were literally yelling on the bus for hours and no effort was made to stop them.
The seat allocation is bad , we are a couple and it’s allocated us in seat no 1 & no 61 .This is the first time I have seen this allocation for 6 hours journey from Malaga to Madrid . And the bus is too warm , let me feel very uncomfortable
All good... except below :
1) broken foot rest, need to be repaired.
2) toilet need to be maintained in a better way.
3) wifi service need to be improved.
4) The lunch halt duration must be informed by driver prior to the halt.
The bus never showed up at 7:15pm. We were stranded in this little town with no information and no one to ask. An inter bus turned up after almost one hour later but the driver said something in Spanish which we didn’t understand and left again without letting us on. Only after 2hrs waiting in fear did the bus came back and picked us up
Good service with no fuss. However there was no WIFI on the bus, as expected. And where we sat on the bus (over the back axles) was rough with a lot of vibration, like the there was something wrong with the wheels.
Our seats were in a row of 5 and were above the engine. It was therefore extremely hot.
The middle seat didnot have a screen or bag to put belongings. It should be clear where your seat is going to be and a choice given. Otherwise OK.
Bus left Málaga late, we had 1 (20 minute) stop after only 45 minutes on the road, and another stop (half an hour) only 2 hrs later. The bus was uncomfortable, the middle arm rest of my seat was missing so my neighbor and I felt like we were sitting in a love seat. Horrible uncomfortable experience.
Por problemas de ferry se retrasó, había otro autobús para poderlo coger pero bordemente la taquillera de interbus dijo que no había más plazas, no dando opción a las plazas libres que suelen quedarse en los 7 autobuses que salían. Además Le hablé en español y mirándose las uñas me empezó a hablar en marroquí. Después había una mala organización en los autobuses, sinceramente se me han quitado las ganas de coger esta compañía
The bus got a flat tire on the way. The driver continued to drive on the flat tire until the metal rims were grinding on the cement and smoke was visible. The driver was very unprepared for that kind of thing. We waited roughly thirty minutes for help to arrive while the driver tried to warn the oncoming traffic that there was a broken-down bus in the right hand lane just around a curve. Then it took the experts nearly two hours to get the tires off and put the new ones on. No apology was given for the inconvenience.
I find it stupid to sit people on the back (5 persons next to each other) without arm to lean. For a 6 hours trip, it's not comfortable. Also, at the first part of the trip, it was very very cold with the clim, and after the stop, with the new driver, there was heat like if we were in winter. So not very comfortable.
The busdriver was driving way to fast, we arrived one hour earlier than informed to Malaga. The air condition in the bus was also very poor and the bus was very hot and that resulted in many sweaty people and a very smelly, hot and sweaty bus. Would not reccommend.
Overall ok comparing to the fare. However the seat we sat was terrible;broken seatbelt and chair back, no cushion at all. For 7 hour long trip those things are necessary to make it work. But the driver treat us showing flexibility and kindness in this situation. He let us sit other seats available. That helped we feel better.
