Everything was great except there was only one stop in six hours and we couldn't buy anything. We should at least be able to obtain water for a trip that long or Internus should provide water. I think it was just because of Coronavirus that the place we stopped at was closed but still. Someone should have known that and told us. We could have prepared better for the trip.
Great service but I have one wish to add garbage bin in the bus
The seat allocation is bad , we are a couple and it’s allocated us in seat no 1 & no 61 .This is the first time I have seen this allocation for 6 hours journey from Malaga to Madrid . And the bus is too warm , let me feel very uncomfortable
We were 2 passengers traveling together and we were assigned separate seats. This is frustrating.
Good transportation mode
The bus was late by nearly 25-minutes. My seat had an issue with reclining adjustment, it was defective and kept falling back whenever I tried to keep it in upright position.
Bus left Málaga late, we had 1 (20 minute) stop after only 45 minutes on the road, and another stop (half an hour) only 2 hrs later. The bus was uncomfortable, the middle arm rest of my seat was missing so my neighbor and I felt like we were sitting in a love seat. Horrible uncomfortable experience.
There was no water in the bus bathroom
I find it stupid to sit people on the back (5 persons next to each other) without arm to lean. For a 6 hours trip, it's not comfortable. Also, at the first part of the trip, it was very very cold with the clim, and after the stop, with the new driver, there was heat like if we were in winter. So not very comfortable.
We had a great trip from Malaga to the airport Madrid. The bus was clean, comfy, and spacious. The drivers was very professional, and helpful.
The trip was good, only problem was the smelly toilet which flooded the whole bus every time someone entered it.
I found both my wife and child after the bus trip
The bus drivers and staff were very hurried and didn’t treat the customers well. The bus was also very stuffy and it was hard to breathe. The air was very low and there was no fresh air. It gave my boyfriend a headache the entire 7 hour ride.
Everything was perfect except the promised wifi did not work
Very smooth right the the process of booking and travelling. A wonderful start to a fantastic weekend and result for Liverpool FC
Great service, comfortable seats and smooth drive. Only negative was wi-if didn’t work
Toilet was completely blocked and overflowing
Excellent service, clean and comfy with refreshments breaks and complimentary water, well done 👍
Very quiet ,relaxing journey
I last took a long bus journey in the early ‘90 in England and had visions of the same experience. The facilities on the bus was a pleasant surprise. Boarding the bus was problematic and me and my party were held outside, because of a language barrier explication as to why we could not board. Eventually they worked out that we had legitimate tickets and we boarded. This was the reason why the bus was late leaving.
Was shocking stopped twice and toilet overflowed, would not recommend
I have great travel experience riding the bus
All okay except wi fi did not work and my intention was to do some.work on the bus
Good bus, good price. 2 stops on the way back for toilets and for food
We prefer to have free internet access
I would recomen it to all my friend
My seat was broken
Good, clean and confortable
Very efficient service.
