Everything was great except there was only one stop in six hours and we couldn't buy anything. We should at least be able to obtain water for a trip that long or Internus should provide water. I think it was just because of Coronavirus that the place we stopped at was closed but still. Someone should have known that and told us. We could have prepared better for the trip.
The seat allocation is bad , we are a couple and it’s allocated us in seat no 1 & no 61 .This is the first time I have seen this allocation for 6 hours journey from Malaga to Madrid . And the bus is too warm , let me feel very uncomfortable
The bus was late by nearly 25-minutes. My seat had an issue with reclining adjustment, it was defective and kept falling back whenever I tried to keep it in upright position.
Bus left Málaga late, we had 1 (20 minute) stop after only 45 minutes on the road, and another stop (half an hour) only 2 hrs later. The bus was uncomfortable, the middle arm rest of my seat was missing so my neighbor and I felt like we were sitting in a love seat. Horrible uncomfortable experience.
I find it stupid to sit people on the back (5 persons next to each other) without arm to lean. For a 6 hours trip, it's not comfortable. Also, at the first part of the trip, it was very very cold with the clim, and after the stop, with the new driver, there was heat like if we were in winter. So not very comfortable.
The bus drivers and staff were very hurried and didn’t treat the customers well. The bus was also very stuffy and it was hard to breathe. The air was very low and there was no fresh air. It gave my boyfriend a headache the entire 7 hour ride.
I last took a long bus journey in the early ‘90 in England and had visions of the same experience. The facilities on the bus was a pleasant surprise. Boarding the bus was problematic and me and my party were held outside, because of a language barrier explication as to why we could not board. Eventually they worked out that we had legitimate tickets and we boarded. This was the reason why the bus was late leaving.
Very good, quick and efficient. Sometimes difficult to sleep because the lights cane on very brightly at each stop. However, it is a brilliant service.
Efficient, though the driver didn't explain about the stop until we has reached the service area. Slight delay of 10-15 min and confortable seats though I didn't find the seatbelt
The bus needs repairs. Windshield had serious cracks. The entertainment tablets were not working in the rear rows. For the price it was an excellent option. A short break in the middle of the trip was nice.
Bus was late arriving at Malaga and late getting into Madrid. Driver change half way and new driver turned the airconditioning off till we got to the Bus Station at Madrid then turned it back ok
First driver played music, second driver had only Spanish talking. It would be great to tell us to bring head phones so we could watch a movie or listen to music.
The bus was extremely old. We were going quite slow the whole trip. We made 2 half hour stops, when others just made 1 half hour stop. We arrived to our destination 4 hours late. While a lot of this was due to traffic, which is no ones fault, I am still very dissatisfied with how old the bus was, which made it extremely uncomfortable and a very very long trip. Can't believe a bus that goes across the country does not have USB or charging ports.
