Hi I purchased a ticket from Bromont to Montreal. However, I needed to get off at Rene L to catch a train to Toronto. I was informed at pick up that I could not bring a suitcase and there were no exceptions even though I would miss my train. When I look at my e-ticket. There is no visible note about suitcases. This was very stressful and caused the limo at to depart late. I feel like the manager could have helped a distressed passenger. I understand there are rules but sometimes if it seems like an honest situation we should help the customer not work against them
The service is very punctual. So punctual that upon my granddaughter‘s christening, I arrived at the Magog station as the bus was leaving because I had become lost. There was a parking space I could have backed into at no more than 4 meters. Ticket, no bag. He left. I missed the christening. Otherwise, the overnight parking in Magog at the 112 stop is awful and dangerous. But, all that being said, I appreciate the convenience.
Unclear what bus to get on and where at the station. Brightly labeled limocar bus indicating “Sherbrooke to Montreal” arrives at time of departure but incorrect bus. Driver doesn’t even offer to see my ticket, makes me feel like I shouldn’t be there/like I’m bothering him. No wifi on the bus.
The drivers were kind, considerate and most helpful. I traveled to Montreal and Rougemont for the first time and don't speak French. These drivers were the best! I'm ever so grateful. Bravo to them!
Gréât drivers. On the return trip traffic horrible. On the highway either stopped or inching forward. Our driver took special routes, I think and got to the Montreal station only 30 or minutes late. Bravo to the driver
The bus could have been cleaner and the wifi wasnt working keeping me from working, but overall it did arrive on time and this is what is primarily expected
Excellent, punctual service, very helpful driver (helped me carry up my heavy bags (much appreciated by this old woman), although bus seemed a bit old with rattling windows, but no big deal.
Our driver going from Montreal to Sherbrooke was very friendly and helpful as if he loved his job! The driver returning Sherbrooke to Montreal was not friendly and became VERY agitated when a woman realized that she needed to go into the transit station to get s ticket. He was very verbal about it! His comments were not necessary as she was on the bus one minute late! We traveled on August 16, 2022.
The Limocar driver was not willing to take me to Sherbrook, was disrespectful and did not even let me get into the car. I am a single woman traveling, alone, and preferred to leave me there then at least, find me a solution. I am very disappointed with your service, I thought this company was good, but I was wrong
I had to take another way to get to Ottawa instead of taking the bus to MTL than train to Ottawa because the bus was late and I would of miss the train in MTL. My whole purchase was wasted
The best bus trip I have experienced! The driver has extremely polite and professional and when I got off the bus and was a bit lost he helped me call a taxi as I can’t speak French he waited to make sure I was okay and it really made me feel safe especially as a woman when it was dark out! 10/10 will definitely take li
over all the bus is always on time Granby to Longueuil unless there's unexpected slow traffic along Pont Champlain but still never late more tha 15 mins
I was able to book on line but then I had to change date. I spent an hour trying but always got error message. The next day when I called it was changed quickly.
