Very kind & pleasant driver, comfortable coach and seating. The journey from Montreal to Sherbrooke was pleasant and on time. The only downside, which we understand is unavoidable due to circumstances, was the pick up point at 800 de la Gauchetiere O which was poorly marked. An explanation as where to actually find the Limocar sign, in this case high up on a lamppost, and what to expect with regard to pick up from the kerbside would be very useful. Our taxi driver was totally unaware of where to drop us.

When the driver scanned my ticket, it said it had already been scanned by one of their Admin staff on an earlier date and he would not let me on he bus. Even after showing him my confirmation ticket and my reminder ticket. Only after I called the bus Customer service who told me that the driver should have my name on the list, he finally checked and let me on he bus. I was in so much distress when he wouldn't let me on the bus.
