Limocar receives praise for its friendly and courteous drivers, comfortable buses, and punctual departures. However, some passengers have noted issues such as non-functional Wi-Fi, unclear electronic board information at stations causing confusion about gates and routes, occasional bus delays without clear communication from staff, cleanliness concerns in restrooms or seats with foam buildup on headrests.
A little confusion about which gate and time but resolved instantly. Great ride through the city. Highly experienced bus driver (know his bus well). Knowledgeable about the sites as well. Great job Sir!

The journey was good. I can't get give full stars because the bus was late, no one at the station knew why (one guy there even told me false information and said I missed my bus). The driver did not help me put my suitcase in the bus.

You can bring 1 carry-on bag, 2 checked bags, at no charge. Max 23kg (50.7lbs) per checked bag, $10 CAD per additional checked bag
Once the transaction is completed, tickets purchased for Limocar cannot be refunded. In order to give customers more flexibility, as long as they are not used, Limocar tickets are valid for 365 days following the date of purchase. However, you must make sure to change the date on your ticket, before the desired departure.
Animals are not authorized onboard. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.
