The best bus trip I have experienced! The driver has extremely polite and professional and when I got off the bus and was a bit lost he helped me call a taxi as I can’t speak French he waited to make sure I was okay and it really made me feel safe especially as a woman when it was dark out! 10/10 will definitely take li
I was very impressed with Limocar. Due to factors beyond my control I missed my originally scheduled bus. However, after speaking with a representative it was quite easy to get onto the next bus and arrive at Sherbrooke in a reasonable time.
Someone helped me load my suitcase in the compartment below the bus which i appreciated as i had lots of heavy bags. Signage on where to wait for bus was poor. I asked a bus driver and he led me to the line to wait for the bus. But i couldn't get wifi on the bus. A sign says to ask the driver but we driver was driving so i didn't want to bother her.
Bus was delayed one hour at a stop. I was travelling for work so very stressful to be delayed this long. When I went to get some food after being stuck for 45 min the driver rudely told me I would have to through out the food because it was not allowed on the buss. No where was this written. I am anemic so this was a really painful trip for me
The Manfield Terminal depot was very difficult to find. I used google maps, the name of the depot is the name of a building that has other bus services and subway. I asked a number of people including two police officers and nobody was able to help. Finally phoned and had to pass the phone to a man who could speak French. The bus depot is actually a parking lot with a very small sign saying Limocar lot 6. Once I finally found the correct spot I was told I couldn't bring my luggage on this bus with me even though there is space for luggage below. I reread my ticket and it did say that I one of the tickets but only stated it in French in small print. I was getting a connecting bus to travel on to Sherbrooke. Finally the kind bus driver allowed me on and placed my luggage below. Both buses ran about 20 minutes late.
