We paid extra for comfortable seats in the lower level of the bus, journey was excellent and staff gave us notice of the process of going over the border, time for stops, bathroom stop. With noting that a luggage tip is expected at end of the journey.

The bus was really comfortable! And really nice to have guidance with crossing the border. That being said, the check in process was confusing and stressful - definitely would arrive 30 minutes or more in advance next time!
