We got a ticket online but we got kicked out of the bus due to overbooking. The staff told us to take a taxi but there was not enough taxi. We were shuffled around and eventually we got on the bus, but I am so unhappy with the way the staff handled the situation. We booked tickets way early but were not honored at all at the terminal.
The bus ride and staff were great however we were late to the airport. Big line to clear security so being on time would have helped. I also chose this company because it was scheduled to arrive 10 minutes earlier than the other company. No luck today but I did make my flight.
Good bus. A bit dirty but ok. My booking seat number (45-46) doesn’t exist in the bus (the bus has up to 30something). So the staff told me to sit wherever on the second floor. It’s quite confusing because there are also other people’s booked seats so I have to wait for everyone to take their seat and sit where it’s leftover while actually I should have had my own place.
Bus was late which is probably ok because things like this happen. What's not ok is that the booth was opened only at 7:20 instead of 7:00 and we didn't know what's up with the bus.
Bus quite dirty and run down. Cal-tur bus leaves at the same time and is much more clean and modern (the Taqsa one broke down twice on the way out and we finished our journey via Cal-Tur - so can compare directly!)
Left a little late but arrived on time. However the bus driver did not believe in heat and it was freezing on the bus and most of the passengers had their coats on and some with additional coverage on. If course the bus driver spoke only spanish as always.
It was difficult because when we arrived at the bus station we were told Patagonia Dreams didn't have any staff there on Sundays and to wait on the other side. After a long time, the bus hadn't come and we called the company and they told us we were on a bus with a different company. We got on the bus eventually but it was half an hour after it was supposed to leave and we could have missed it because nobody told us that we would be with a different company. It seemed very disorganized and I think there should have been better communication.
The seats were terrible and broken, the air conditioning was inconsistent and we were dying of heat while people in the seat behind us were frozen. The bus smelled of paint, gas and burned tires and it smelled that way the whole time.
The bus was late and did not stop at Calafate airport so we had to get a taxi. Bus was old and needed a total refurbishment.
Would not book Margaret again
Bus was fine. Nothing special. Bathroom door was broken. I went to the counter before departure to get my tickets printed, and they wanted to charge me A$50 for it. I thought that was ridiculous given I spent €20 for the ticket.
Comfortable bus, friendly staff BUT we sat at the front and were not happy that the driver kept using his mobile phone to change music whilst driving a coach full of people.
