The bus and staff were good, but we were waiting for the ferry for hours. There were several ferries, but our bus was waiting there for a different one. Nobody told us what was going on. Arrival in Ushuaia was very late.
Effecient effective and comfortable at the right price. Thanks Bus-Sir.
Snacks could’ve been a lot better. Otherwise pretty good service.
Not a comfortable seat, extremely long wait at the Chilean border (almost 3 hours) with no explanation provided. No hot drinks, no stops for refreshments. Very dirty windows
comfortable, clean, on time bus service. sadly, no wifi, but for the price, no one should complain.
For a 12 hour ride it had too less space for a 190cm person. Had shorter rides with more comfort
Reliable service to Ushuaia. For the long trip ( about 11 hours), it was as smooth as possible, including the border crossing There was also a stop at Tolhuin for food and to stretch.
The bus was delayed due to a passenger but overall the bus service and the staff were great!
Bus left on time but arrived 2 hours late because it broke down, hence the lower rating. Otherwise the ride was fine, comfy seats, a bag of biscuits and a juice box was provided halfway through, at the border the staff allowed us to buy food for lunch. Could be better if WiFi was provided.
Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable bus. Will choose it again in the future.
We had 2 problems - the first is that we were not told to bring food with us, and that will be no stop for eating, so we "STURVED". The 2nd, is that was no convinience place, pocket, or something else, to put things like phone i-pad, book
Comfortable, good journey. Smooth through customs. Nice to receive drink and snack,
Great driver . The only comment is the bus does not fit for this kind of long trip it was not comfort at all.
