The bus far exceeded our expectations. The seats were very comfortable and even had foot rests! Huge windows to see the views and we loved the fact that it had two floors.
The bus was very late and the staff of Taqsa had no interest in informing the traveller or reassuring them. When the bus finally arrived I had to request excuses.
Very good, luxury bus. Good seats and clean.
No announcements in the bus to welcome and tell some info about the trip. toilet has no toilet paper, the coffee machine was without coffee.
Bus was crazy hot. Need to run The A/C. Also, get rid of the TV screen. Hit my head on it 3 times. No problem that the bus was late, but the arrival time should be more realistic. There is no way the bus was going to arrive at 3:10 like it said on our ticket. Please give a realistic estimate of arrival.
Just one observation, the guy putting in the luggage said he isn’t getting paid and needs tips. I paid but if this is correct, I think it is unfair they are not getting a wage?
We were told to stand at one end of the bus park and our bus came to the other. We watched it drive away! The Information staff called it back to get us. We were happy it came back!
The window at seat 29 of the bus was cracked and not properly maintained. As a result it rained inside and my clothes and seat got wet! What a disgrace for this price.. also I‘m sure this seat will get moldy due to the humidity.
Bus was great. There was an unusually long stop at La Leona, which wasn't explained and didn't make sense. Staff were very helpful. Would use service again.
Reliable and efficient. The bus was big with plenty of legroom. The only problem was that I'm pretty sure the driver had a cigarette in the middle of the trip...
The driver did not say a word. When we stopped halfway he did not say anything. We did not know if we could go off and if so for how long. He also did not checked if all the passengers were back on the bus before departing. Very weird
Everything went smoothly except for the last stop at the information where the bus broke down.
Driver was able to fix it quickly but other than that the drive went very smoothly. Thanks Chalten Travel!
The bus was soooo dirty! It was really ugly to use the belt. Also the Ventilation was defect so the cold air was blown directly on the passenger and there was no way to stop it except plugging some paper waste into it. I am sick now, and I think it comes from that. Never again.
Large seats. Very comfortable. Staff doesnt speak english. We stoped 1 x for toilet. And nearly in end 1x at the national park where no one understood what to do as the driver didnt speak english. In end they got everyone out of the bus n we had to listen to one guy we couldnt understand as he spoke mainly spanish. Bus was late ~25min.
Driver was late and then disappeared for 20 minutes. Same thing when we stopped for a break. Baggage handler aggressive in asking for tips. Came on the bus and made everyone give him money.
