There’s always a problem with the buses
Crew was awful in handling issue. They made us stand with heavy bags for 30 mins just to tell us we have delayed by 2 hours. After that they made us stand again 40 mins before boarding with lot of confusion in the air.
Love this company dissatisfied with this trip
Bad service. No notification email sent to passenger regard bus cancellation. Passenger wasted their time long waiting at the terminal. Need an answer from Greyhound why bus did not show up on 26th Dec 5:05pm at terminal.
Also customer service is too bad
It was great.
Greyhound has very bad customer service and I feel that I should be compensated
It was a good trip
Terrible not interested in using again
Just thought a white girl/woman sitting near blacks in da bus weren't aware of the recent "electricity outlet dispute for future possible mishalves should still have much anger on both "race" cuz was not a settled dispute!
Bus was an hour late. Made me late to work. Very unacceptable. I expected better with my first Greyhound ride.
Very disappointed with how long it took to get to my stop after so many stops
Driver operated vehicle safely.
Good looking out
The restroom for the bus doesn’t work. About 30 people inside without bath it’s really hard. Everything else was ok.
The bus driver left me and two other passengers at the Barstow Station and they took our luggage. We had to pay for other ticket in other company and can’t find my luggage. It’s really urgent to get my luggage because there’s my passport in it
Good job by driver..no hassles...hope to do more trips
Told them my name and insisted I was not on the list and didn’t let me board even with my confirmation number..
The staff on the Las Vegas location was not pleasant l
I really enjoyed the ride.
The driver on the trip 9/15/19 @10pm was all over the road, not sure if it was windy but it was a very bumpy ride. also driver did not make the usual 10-15 min stop for those to get water or take a smoke break. arrived in LA 30 min or so ahead of time. also when arrived driver open bus bottom so passengers could get their bags but driver did not retrieve luggage, passengers had to get own bags from under bus. not safe for those that do not work for the company.
Motorista corria demais na estrada.
Convenient fast and safe
Need A Sign @ Westgate To Designate Boarding Location. & Directions.
All was good except for the seat space~
The drive and the ride in it’s self wasn’t bad. The missed opportunity was due to the lack of cool air throughout the vehicle. When walking towards the front it felt cool, however the back of the bus was extremely uncomfortable. I was in shorts and a tank top and the conditions were still somewhat unbearable.
They overbooked and didn’t let me board the bus
