Driver moved my bags after I have placed them close to the storage door, and put them in end of the storage area in the bus. My destination was Airport Venice and when I went to pick up my luggage I had to move all the luggage’s of other passengers on my own. Driver was extremely rude and declined to help me to storage them back after I have finally reached my luggage. In the end driver was yelling at me as I was not able to lift some other people luggage to put them back in. Extremely unpleasant experience!

It Was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WE REVIEWED our ticket and it indicated we could travel within the 24 hr.window of ticket date. We decided to travel on the bus running 2 hrs.earlier. we understood if seats available. The driver was extremely rude and even collected additional fare above what we originally pd.for ticket. We had a charge card and American cash only available he made am embarrassing scene for about 15 minutes. Finally we exchanged with another passenger for euros. We will absolutely NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND THIS DRIVER DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!
