Efficient, convenient on time and great value for money. Certainly beats driving up on a Friday evening.
wrong bus stop address on your internet site and in your booking confirmation (approx. 1km away). I even emailed to confirmed and once again got the wrong information.
Sans doute la meilleure compagnie qui relie Genève à Chamonix, mais il faudrait éviter de partir en avance.
Excellent service. Do book in advance, buses to and from Chamonix are usually full.
No frills bus with no bathroom and no wifi. Comfortable for the short trip.
We had a very nice bus ride, the driver was helpful and friendly.
Will recommend to our friends going to Chamonix on this route from Geneva by SwissTours buses.
Easy to purchase, staff at bus station pretty friendly, I had a friend who arrived just on time and staff was not unpolite about it
Bus driver opened the bus at 19:29, but has been parked there since 19:00. Left people waiting in the cold and took 15 min to check people in. Very loud music in the bus and bus driver did not drive very safely (doing sharp curves and swearing at other drivers).
Very good trip in a comfortable coach
Family Friendly transfer
Annoying tour from Geneva took entire front section of bus, kept the bus waiting, we had to listen to their guide rattle on repetitively.
Awesome...will recommend it to my friends
Clean, smooth, on time and driver Kevin very reassuring. I’ll be back
very good price & service
Clean safe transportation. Bus was newer and had usb power available.
Bus was punctual and interior was clean. However the toliet in the bus was not useable.
everything was excellent
I always take Swiss tours and I’m very happy with them. This time, however, we left the airport and then we had to change buses at the bus station in the city centre. I guess we would have been in Chamonix earlier if we didn’t have to do that - it was a bit weird
Overall good service, friendly staff on the bus, however was late arriving at Geneve gate and at the destination which meant we had to alter plans slightly getting to our next destination.
very quick and convenient bus.
Bus left Geneva 40 minutes late, arrived close to an hour late. As a result, I didn’t have time to complete the entire hike i had intended on doing in Chamonix
Excellent service, bus was clean, new and we felt safe.
Had a brilliant transfer
Told two different places to meet the bus. Bus 20 minutes late Driver rude and unfriendly
The driver was short tempered.
Swift journey, can't fault anything!
