Firstly it was great value and the booking process and pre trip info was great. However, the service at the airport was chaotic, every person I asked sent me somewhere different to wait, and the bus departed an hour late, so didn’t get to the resort until after midnight. There are too many operators working out of the same tint area at Geneva airport.

It was great that the driver decided it was OK to drive up to Avoriaz, beyond Prodains; I also liked how we were met by one of your reps at Les Gets to help sort out the stops.
