Dan was an excellent driver and very helpful! The curbside drop off in Portland OR is the only issue I have— no shelter from the weather especially the rain. Very unpleasant to stand and get drenched waiting for the bus.

Our depart was delayed by almost an hour. I under that accidents happen, but I would have appreciated having someone tell me what was happening and why we were waiting. There was no communication.
The bus never showed up. I arrived 40 minutes before departure time and I saw a bus leaving as I got there. The bus left way before departure time. Not ok.
Since we had been waiting the bus for 1 hour cold outside in midnight, staff should let us get into the bus first, and take the luggage in.
