Bus was comfortable, wish the stops were close to food & drink options.Having wifi was a plus and driver was cordial and safe.

el conductor muy grosero, además, en una gasolinera no espero ni 5 min y se fue, me quedé barada sin mi mochila y documentos; tuve que pedir un uber que me dejó en otro lugar y luego otro uber para llegar a la estación y buscar donde había quedado mi mochila. Todo esto a media noche.

Bus was late and we didn’t get refund for our other bus we missed by 2 seconds, so how is it that they pick and choose

Pick up was on time, the journey was comfortable, all 5.5 hrs it. Drop off time was on the button. The accuracy of the time for the journey was amazing. The driver was very courteous. I would use this service again and I highly recommend them.

The service itself was fantastic, I did have to contact customer support to get clear instructions on where to wait at the airport so maybe attaching a picture of the station to all trips would be great

Everything was well. Just wish they would clean the seat better and WiFi would work. It was literally crispy( meaning dusty).

Ac was very very cold driver need to know how to adjust AC every one complain about it

it was a smooth ride, but the driver didn’t tell the correct wifi password spelling

The trip was good how ever the toilet facities were terrible it was filled , stink I recommend it Shud be emptied and made fresh every trip

Everything was pretty good. The bus driver was good at having control over everything and everyone in the bus. I especially liked that the bus was dark as we drove in the middle of the night.

Dirty bus,no paper towels in the restroom,dirty seats and people smoking I side the bus. I would never do it again!!

I'm a frequent with greyhound and it is unfortunate that CDC guidelines as far as hygiene are not being met. I had a ride with people coughing and not having on their masks the entire ride. Please help in correcting this.
