It was so awful. It was sold as a 4 hour and 25 minute bus ride but instead took almost 6 hours. Was a hour late and somehow arrived over 2.5 hours later than expected. It took the longest route possible instead of a direct route through Dresden. Drivers were rude. There was no toilet on the bus. No communication was offered. Driver at one point pulled over on the side of the freeway for 8 minutes. No explanation offered. Also the wifi didn't work for over 3/4th of the journey. Just miserable.
Very rude staff The bus was like a confinement for four and half hours. No break was given. Staff was very rude about front seats. Food and drinks were not allowed. I will never choose this bus service again.
One of the bus drivers lit a cigarette in the bus. Unpleasant, besides being illegal.
Very comfortable bus. If the wifi is unlimited then it would be more better.
Everything's fine except the thing I wasn't able to cancel my return ticket due to that I bought 2-way ticket. Really senseless stuff costs me some money >:(
