There is no toilet on board and no services are offered. Drivers do not speak English.
Bus arrived 1 hour late. 3 of 4 service phones didn’t work. At the working one I had to wait English speaking staff about 30 minutes.
We were told to be at the stop 45 minutes before. Not necessary, there was no one from the company there and the bus did not arrive until 5 min before departure. I was disappointed the WiFi did not work for any of us.
Very good conditions...i enjoyed a delicious free hot chocolate
