The driver was absolutely awful. He stopped at one of the stops and told me I could go to the toilet, then drove off without me!! With all my luggage, wallet and passport. Not only did i not get taken to my destination, but my belongings were stolen from me. I was left stranded struggling to find another ride. The most horrible experience I've had in my life!!

I showed up at the bus stop well ahead of departure time and confirmed with an ATVO rep just outside the airport entrance the exact location. When the bus did not show up I went back to this person and asked again and I did this twice because at 08:32 there was still no bus. When I went to speak to them the second time, that’s when the bus came and left (after only being there for exactly a minute!!). They had to call the driver to come back.
