At first I did not receive my tickets, but after contacting the support everything went well

I had just arrived from an international flight, I was a little tired and the chairs seemed very uncomfortable, in addition there is no minimum attention, for example providing a coffee or a glass of water. I liked the punctuality.

There was no wifi and that made it not too good as I couldn’t connect with my family while on board. Not satisfied after paying so much for the trip
