I missed my return bus by only a few minutes due to an issue that happened on the trip. I called customer service and stayed on the line for forever since no one responded. I eventually had to book a return ticket with another company (and better price eventually though it was last minute). I don't think I'll ever take Flixbus again.
I was looking for an outdoor bus terminal, but it is indoors so just be aware. Going to Niagara in the morning took just over an hour, coming back was 2.5 hours because of traffic.
The bus arrived at departure from Toronto and departure from Niagara Falls on time The drivers were very good and arrived at both destinations within 30 minutes of expected arrival taking into consideration the traffic. I found it to be excellent value and am planning another trip soon and for sure will travel with Sharon bus lines
Hi, it was posted on screen that our bus was 25 minutes delayed. Then when that 25 minutes pasted it then posted that it was cancelled. Then we went to the counter to find out what was going on? First just told it was cancelled, then the reason was because someone vomited on the bus. The driver told us. Now he would have known this earlier and we could have booked another bus in the meantime, and connected with our travel plans. But they waited then we had to rebook with another bus not Flixbus, it was suggest we wait, by Flixbus for the bus running at 8pm or 9. We were suppose to leave at 3pm and arrive in Niagara Falls at 4:50pm. Turns out we got there at 7:50 pm to check in and had to cancel our plans. This could have been avoided if they let us know right away. The driver knew that the vomit is a biohazard. Which is why it was canceled. We could have re-booked earlier with someone else and kept our plans. First time traveling with Flixbus. I guess they have no back up plans for when something goes wrong.
Convenient! I bought tickets on line and just showed up at Union Station on day of travel.Bus goes straight from Toronto Union Station to Niagara Falls (Canada side). No sweat!
My luggage got ruined during the bus ride, someone had taken out the luggage and the wheel had fallen off. The bus driver said he was just an observer and had nothing to do with it, and just left me. He also did not tell the truth about what happened, because we later had a person coming up to us with the wheel and also another story. This is not alright, and there was no help what so ever in terms of compensation by the flixbus employee. It takes quite some effort to get a wheel of a suitcase that was perfectly well functioning before the ride.
FlixBus cancelled our ticket and moved us to an earlier departure time with only 10mins notification. The departure location was also moved to a distance of 25km away from our accommodation. Impossible to board bus
No bus ever showed up and we were there the in advance and with the delay also. We were in the exact location that the link showed. Very disaapointed and we had to buy new tickets this time for the GO bus in a different station 20 min from the original.
The driver was nearly an hour late. The bus tracking option did not function properly. The bus had no A/C. The bus malfunctioned and pulled over multiple times, including a final time that lasted an hour while the driver tried to repair it. Terrible experience.
Bus was delayed for 1 and half hours, delayed my plan which leads to my non-refund cancellation of the bus coming back from Niagara falls. Im not satisfied with the service.
Passangers of two buses were in one bus as 5 pm bus didn’t come. Our seats were occupied by somebody. We were told to adjust due to the bus issue. One person sat in aisle near my leg so there was no legroom. It was uncomfortable trip. Total money wasted. Need to think twice before booking.
We are feel happy with this services, it's bus is clean, It's on time and the BusDriver she is friendly always she have a good actitud. Tks for your excellent service!!!
Staff and specially the driver were very nice and friendly. The trip was two very enjoyable hours and it was very comfortable, overall everything was great. Only minor detail is that the wifi didn’t work properly, but other than that great experience!
Communication is needed from the driver to the passengers in regards to why we left late, what was the hold up. Supervisors should not be calling the driver while he is driving, which did happen several times. Also Supervisor called me, a passenger to get a location of where the bus was en route.
The bus got us to our destination; however the driver didn’t even confirm that we were in the right place (he just stopped the bus) and mask wearing rules were not enforced.
Driver could have been more considerate to visitors from another country with totally different aspects of bus travel. When he said St Katherine's we had no idea that this was the name of a town and not the bus station. Was very disrespectful when we asked. Was also very shirty at Toronto bus station. Not impressed.
The bis was not arriving as indicated and it's not the fault of the driver. But due the traffic heading out of Toronto.
The driver is in fact very cautious, safe and drives very well.
