The driver was very good to the passenger . They didn't ladies a proper stop brake and food stops. The but very cold and hot because they didn't care how the passenger feel the just set it according to how they felt. Some passenger did not have seats

I didn't enjoy a thing, bus drivers asked us to pay for our luggages off which we were two luggages are free.. At Komani we were told to go to another bus and we had to run because there was no space as a result other passengers about 8 were standing up to Pretoria. I even forgot my headphones on the bus because of the the driver was giving us.
