It’s not my first time using interface mainliner bus and over the years. But this time the bus was scheduled for 18:00-08:00, but now it’s 14:22 and am still on the road cause the bus we were using last night stopped working on the road and we had to wait for more the 6 hours in the middle of the night for another bus

My experience with Intercape was very disappointing. The bus arrived at departure an hour late, which was already frustrating. On top of that, the inside of the bus was wet, making the journey very uncomfortable.
There was also cold air coming in through the emergency exit, which made the bus extremely cold throughout the trip. Overall, it was a terrible travel experience.

Delta coaches have received praise for their comfortable buses and punctuality, as some users reported arriving on time according to the schedule. However, there are concerns about inconsistent staff friendliness and communication issues during delays. Additionally, passengers noted problems with charging facilities not working consistently and bus toilets being out of service at times.
I would like to raise a serious complaint about the service I received today\. I was travelling from the Eastern Cape to Pretoria because I had an important interview scheduled for 08:45\. Unfortunately, the bus experienced problems on the road, which caused a major delay\. I only arrived in Pretoria at around 14:00 and, as a result, I missed my interview\.
This was a very important opportunity for me, and I made sure to book a bus that would arrive early enough for me to attend\. I understand that mechanical problems can happen, but the delay and the way the situation was handled were extremely disappointing\. The service was very poor, and it caused me significant inconvenience and resulted in me missing an important interview\.

I am very disappointed by Delta. I was supposed to depart Saturday but they told me stories that the trip has been canceled. I was told I will only be able to leave Sunday. Imagine leaving Sunday means I will arive in Pretoria Monday on the day I am supposed to be at work at 8am. Their bus left Mthatha Station at 15h00 instead of the scheduled 14h40. It was cold, dirty and the toilet was smelling. I will never ever commute the Delta bus and I will never recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional
Users have shared positive feedback about the bus service, highlighting its cleanliness and comfortable seating. The drivers were attentive in ensuring passengers knew their drop-off stations. However, some users noted that charging ports were not functioning and heaters were absent during their trips. Overall, satisfaction with the service remains high despite these minor issues.
