Bus Tickets from Mthatha to Pretoria

It was bad experience, our bus died after an hour we left station. And we waited for 3 hours for mechanic. After mechanic arrived we had to wait again for another bus wow I will never forget that

The service is very poor.Your staff lack humanity and they are very disrespectful

The bus was in a very poor condition especially some of the chairs, no provision for garbage disposal

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS very unprofessional drivers and staff. Drivers were caught drinking alcohol, and were very rude when asked questions. The drivers and head office manipulated us through lies about the buses to be used, we were offloaded multiple times to various buses. The bus was supposed to arrive before 7a.m. however due to the various lies, manipulation, sub par buses, we arrived just before 4 p.m.

The journey was good but them departure time was changed on the same day to an earlier time where I saw the sms late I had to rush for my bus

Drivers give us less minutes for refreshments and they don't stop in those garages with restaurants like KFC and drivers are rude.

Poor service 😢 the bus was suppose to be in pta by 5am but it got there at half 10 I got late for an interview 🚮

The bus took me from Mthatha to Queenstown, I was surprised by that route too. That was a minor, not APMWC bus dropping me off at Queenstown and told me that the bus I was on is heading to Capetown no Pretoria. We had to get off. We were told our bus will arrive after 2hours the time was 19:30 then. After two hrs we recieved a message of apology for the inconvenience and told to wait 60 mins. They kept sending messages. The bus arrived at 00:15. We were supposed to get in PTA at 6am. I got there around pat 11am. I don’t recommend APMWC bus. Their service is very very poor.

I did enjoyed that I did get a chance to charge my phone while in the bus and used the toilet in the but, but the main problem was that the company isn't organized, the bus was supposed to pick up us by 3h30 pm, but it's came by 7h30, on our way we got Tyre punch and we stayed there for like 6hrs with no rescue, another worse thing I paid ticket for Pretoria but I was dropped in Johannesburg

Well driving I give them a round of a 👏👏it was spot on no unnecessary delays and very strict on refreshment stops. But the aircon was not working it was too hot and this thing of overload its annoying and must come to an end like seriously its not good to see people rotate on sitting down and up on a long distance trip.

I didn't enjoy the trip at all. We left Umtata at 3 o'clock in the afternoon arrive at Queenstown at 6:30 PM, they said we are waiting for the Bus that is coming from East London to fetch us the Bus arrives at half past 8 we were cold out, even the bus was cold no heater nothing the drivers were rude. When we get to Park station the drop us there saying that another bus will come and take us to Pretoria they are not going there we waited for +- an hour there. Yuuuuu they have poor communication shame and they are very rude.

Very bad experience I don't want to lie and this my last time uding them because as I speak my sister is stranded in Umthatha the bus that supposed to take them to Pretoria yesterday didn't show up till now. On top of that they don't answer their phone.

Never enjoyed anything, I am still on the road, far from arriving at home because of their selfishness. Their system takes more than they can accommodate, now we were taken from another bus to another, all those buses not in good condition. I will arrive in the afternoon

Unfortunately the driver was extremely rude and lacked personal care and empathy. The toilet on board was reeking in poor odour. It was raining and the bus leaking from the top into the bus and when we got to JHB park station, in short notice driver and assistance move us from their bus to another bus different name and rushed us while travelling with a kid and were ver rude and extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I am utterly disappointed

They don’t stick with time we always late. This is not my first or second time please improve on this

The bus was early and clean, drivers made sure everyone knows which station we're at for drop-off.

Yhoo the bus delay, beside that it was comfortable and warm and the charging point was working perfectly

Very disappointe the bus came 30mins late, and arrived 3 hrs late

I enjoyed it because there were toilets,comfortable seats and the driver's were so kind towards passengers

My seat couldn't adjust because it is damaged. The USB charging port didn't work

The bus broke down we waited 5hours for another bus,we arrived at12 instead of 7 In the morning

I was ask to climb on Delta Coaches where I received a very poor service from their staff They even left me at Park Station instead of taking me to Pretoria

bus left me. When i get bus at kokstand bus drivers say bus was full and left me there.

I wish I can rate it zero star. These guys are scammers, they sell tickets and don't go to the supposed destination. They are robbing us
