My experience with Intercape was very disappointing. The bus arrived at departure an hour late, which was already frustrating. On top of that, the inside of the bus was wet, making the journey very uncomfortable.
There was also cold air coming in through the emergency exit, which made the bus extremely cold throughout the trip. Overall, it was a terrible travel experience.

I am very disappointed by Delta. I was supposed to depart Saturday but they told me stories that the trip has been canceled. I was told I will only be able to leave Sunday. Imagine leaving Sunday means I will arive in Pretoria Monday on the day I am supposed to be at work at 8am. Their bus left Mthatha Station at 15h00 instead of the scheduled 14h40. It was cold, dirty and the toilet was smelling. I will never ever commute the Delta bus and I will never recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional
