Very professional, efficient and time conscious. Only two things that need to be addressed; changing pots are broken and would (personally) appreciate if volume could be reduced in the deep of the night so we can sleep. Otherwise 5 🌟!

I didn't like the fact that they lied that 1 check in bag is free. They kept on taking people Zimbabwe side some sitting on the passage which is very dangerous. Staff was friendly at first but very rough at the end. I liked that they gave us food.
