This company has no regard for their customers in any way possible no matter how loyal they are to APM. I have taken APM countless times and each time I have received such a disappointing experience but each time I always think it will get better and excuse the incompetency. Yesterday I had a bus that was supposed to depart at 5:35 pm from Bellvile (cpt) to King williams town. The bus only arrived at 20:24, we had been standing at the bus stop for hours whilst it's cold and it even rained. There was no communication about any delays or cancellations of buses. We just stood there waiting like fools. Honestly, if you don't value your customers, why do you carry on offering the service because clearly you have no care for the passengers which are your primary clientele? Upon arrival of the bus, the bus drivers made no excuse for the bus or even offer apologies.

Very bad experience, am soo disappointed, the bus get stucked and woster we had to wait for the other bus and very same bus we were transferred to, the speed was over we almost hit the taxi , when we get to Queenstown we were transferred to a taxi that took us to our destinations

Ididnt enjoy even one thing instant of 1955 they came at2130 with uncomfortable sprinter I was expecting the bus and no explaination service was verybad

It was the worst experience ever , first the bus was almost 2hrs late without notification, secondly we had to be mixed with Gauteng passengers , thirdly we were instructed to get off that bus and get on another one in Beaufort West and had to again be shifted to another bus for coming to King & East London. This was the first time in my life changing buses in one trip.

The bus was very late with no explanation given . My sit was not stable,the bottom was shaking. The drivers werel friendly and polite But there is an incident that we didn't like . The bus to Joburg which was also very late ,it's driver was a very rude guy. He nearly left a passenger because of her unpaid suitcase and the old woman tried to explain that she was not aware of this and she had no money. This Nigerian guy driver was so rude to her we ended up taking the case as other passengers because he shouted and embarrassed and made a show of the lady in full view of other passengers. The second driver Xhosa guy offered to pay for the ladies lagguage.
