Bus from Mthatha to Cape Town: Tickets & Timetables

I was not enjoying but because of time the bus was late and the bus was stuck on Queenstown station for 2 hour so I'm not happy 😢 😕 about Budgetliner Express.

The journey was very bad the bus came late and most of the plugs to charge phones are not working also there is no rest room inside the bus everything is old inside and dirty

It was horrible. I'll never take it again. The bus was 30 minutes late and then arrived at the destination 5 and half hours after later than the said time. It was uncomfortable and my knees were paining.

There bus did not arrive on time, the charging port was not working, drivers where not accommodating, it was cold

Very poor, firstly the bus was late. Got stuck at Beaufort west from 5am till 2.30pm bcz the diesel was leaking so now we will get to the station at night and how are we going to get home from there??? When we were doing the booking we made sure that the times are convenient for us but this happened

Not good, I was very wet drop of water entering inside the bus and it arrived late instead of 7am it was 9:30

Very bad, the worst l. It was my first and last time. The bus used a photocopy of a disc when the traffic officers asked for the original they did not have it meaning there is another bus or possibly more buses using the same disc. We waited for hours for another bus to come get us because the one we initially used could not continue without a disc. Zero care for passengers safety! I wouldn’t recommend this bus to anyone

Nothing was bad but there were little things that needed touch ups like cellphone chargers ,mantainance management must take a look on them

They changed our bus from eagle liner to intercity bud that had no heater no charging ports and a toilet that was out of service the whole bus ride was a nightmare due to the poor vehicle. I was freezing to death driving in winter with no heater on. Would definitely not try eagle liner again for delivering such a poor vehicle. In future I will continue with intercape as I did before!

It's clean, I arrived before the estimated time,their driver is communicating very well with passengers. Their service is top notch 👌 👏

Bus not in good condition, air-con dripping the whole day and night, 3 rows both sides affected and were soaking wet. Driver assisting took pictures of the situation Bus 859.

The bus delayed first of all without any explanation but it was fast on the the Road.

I enjoyed traveling with intercity express even though the bus arrived late,while we were traveling there was no music at the bus it was borring

The trip was a total mess, we stucked with a bus for 12 hours until now no assistance as yet still at the middle of nowhere with no assistance from Delta Coaches

The bus didn't have charging place ..and we stake 7 hours in Queenstown..the bus supposed to arrived 7am but. Arrived 2:45pm.

Very bad I didn't enjoy anything. Your service are very bad. The bus delayed with 3-4hrs there was no communication.

i did not enjoy my ride as the Bus was dirty, smelling urine and the aircon was not working, the roof of the bus was licking. Bad service.

Their bus was in horrible condition, seats had dirty stains and the bus was just dirty. The bus itself needs mechanical attention is slow

Bus left on time which is gud but there were unnecessary stops not communicated with clients in the wilderness, sometimes we will be informed when they are done or not at all, but was too hot during the day and too cold at night only bottom but on the deck they were sweating. Service busses in order to circumvent losing your clientele, small things may lead to something serious and that's not what we want, we love using jobela services.

Bus we use was not the same bus we booked. We given no name bus an old bus. Yes drive was patient no communication when he stop he just stop.

Not at all!! the bus took off an hours late and stopped along the road for 1 hours and 30 minutes after that the driver left 3 people at the garage and was so proud of it even though everyone told him that there were missing people and the bus only had one aircorn it was sooooooooooooooo cold in the bus because the same aircorn we had was also for drivers so they won’t get sleepy while driving.

Bad service ever the bus didnt come and we stucked at komani till 9:30 no more using this bus

The was suppose to be at Mthatha Station by 4pm but it came before and left even the hour 4pm hits I had to rush for it at Ultra City secondly the luggage carrier over our heads was shaking and making the noise all the way from Mthatha to Cape Town

Their bus was old, they did not have toilets so we had to stop quite a few times in the middle of nowhere, i asked that they switch on their aircon the entire bus ride as the air in the bus was humid. The aircon was only lit in Western Cape in the early hours of the morning. They should discontinue using 3 seat buses to transport passengers as it was too congested and felt like I was in a taxi during the entire ride which was uncomfortable. I will be travelling back and forth Eastern Cape and Western Cape but I have decided to take flights henceforth. My experience was bad!

The drivers were good & qualified drivers with respect of customers. But the bus is old with uncomfortable seats. The air conditioners are broken closed with toilet papers . Maybe this bus is used only when it's hectic time like when schools are close or opening time. (Who knows)

The drivers were very friendly, professional, and kept us informed throughout the trip. They explained the issues with the heater and air conditioner, and although there was no toilet on the bus, they made regular stops for passengers to use the restroom. What I didn’t enjoy was that the bus was not branded as Flexi City Connect, which caused confusion. Nine passengers who booked online were left behind in Cofimvaba because they were looking for a different bus. The bus was also overcrowded, and some passengers could not board due to a lack of seats. Better coordination and clearer bus branding would improve the service.

I didn’t enjoy anything about Flexi City Connection am just disappointed I booked bus for 13:30 they send message telling me about the time changed to 12:00 I was there at 10:00 the was no bus called Flexi City they using other Bus and that time they where busy fixing it till 16:00 they end up using Sprinters to Cape Town poor service

The bus didn't leave Umtata cause it had a problemthat mechanic couldn't fix after 4 hours of trying. The Veco that helped also broke at Engcobo so we have to wait for another. We left Engcobo at 10pm. So my journey was a disaster

There was no proper communication between Gxaweni and their customers, they sent massage an hour before departure time and change location to Ultra city fine I moved to ultra city I stocked there morethan 4 hours when we call them they keep on promising,the owner of the bus Gxaweni and Flexi didn't pick up they founds.

The bus was not there I have to call the owner and ask where's the bus, then they arrange for Delta to transport us and there what a poor service that I received and the delay of the bus that we have to be transfer again to other bus.

I was very disappointed because it was my first time using this bus bus but it got stucked at Queenstown now the driver says he is going to drop us at bus station at town but the arrival says at Joe Gqabi stockroad yhoo I'm very unsatisfied
