Was my first and last time to make use of Greyhound. My bus arrived 4 and a half hours late. When I bought my ticket that evening they did not inform me that the bus was delayed. I phoned their customer service and was on line for more than 25 minutes without receiving proper assistance and they refused to cancel my ticket and reimburse me even though it was through no fault of my own. My bus arrived more than 6 hours late at my destination. The bus it self had not air-conditioning and when we went uphill it did not go more than 20km/h. Overall a very bad experience and I would not recommend Greyhound to anyone.
