Bus was very cold from Bloemfontein to Port Elizabeth we told the driver but it didn't change, I even catch the flue. I was not happy at all

Everything was great, the driver was very safe and that made the journey so much better. Thank you

The seat was fine , the charging port did not work and we had a few fellow passenger that sang to himself preventing sleep... and no service from anyone on the bus during the ride for questions ... but good service with luggage

Both our drivers were good and friendly. But how they carry our luggages😭

1st of all I was waiting on eagle liner bus it never arrived then I was told to take intercity no notification no sms .worst part not to be infoelrmed that the bus will be late

Bus was three hours late and they informed me 10 minutes before the time the bus must departure

Sadly the bus was several hours late. Delays happen and there was some basic communication between the operator and the client. Though finding which bus was actually going to PE proved trickier. Many of their buses remained empty and stationary.

Very bad, bus stop in the middle of nowhere as a break... No toilet in the bus, driver had bad attitude and didn't wanna give us break at filling stations..

I didn’t enjoy anything, bus was overcrowded. On top of that it was scheduled to arrive at 23:00 it only arrived at 01:00. I will never utilise APMWC ever again in my life!!

The bus was over three hours late

I don't enjoy the part where I went to the toilet only to find it overfilled,wich caused the bus to smell a bit offish.The ride arrived 30 minutes before departure time here in P.E,so I'm very satisfied for that part

I ttavelled from Bloemfontein to Pe. Driver gave no probs. Drived safe.Bus toilet were smelly. People sleeping on 2 seats and i had to walk up and down inside the bus as some of them didnt want to make space next to them. I know it winter but heater were just something else. Also no bags for dirt so bus were dirty

The trip was very good and the driver was also good the only problem is the toilets

Although the bus left a little bit late and also arrived a little bit late, I still felt satisfied with the experience :-)

The dreamliner pictures was not close to the chaird etc that was on the bus that i travelled to pe on

Bad Services,bus was very late,almost 2 hours late. No reason was also given why bus was late. I arrived 2.5 hours later at my destination.

The bus was 7hours late and we did not receive any formal communication from greyhound on what the issue was.

The bus was 2 hours and 15 min late in Bloemfontein and experience mechanical trouble could not reach their destination. Had to stop unannounced in Uitenhage. Passengers without water and food had to wait for hours on the side of the road. Without any feedback from greyhound. Some passengers without money and with phones that was not charged due to the delays was stranded. It was really a frustrating /scary experience.
