It was awful, how is it possible that I pay so much money yet be inconvenienced due to space in the bus and then when I go to another bus, I get told that I can't aboard the bus because I didn't pay for that one?

The bus drivers for bus989 from Bloemfontein to pretoria 15 June 2025 from 12:45 - 7:40 were very rude and negligent to me because they took advantage of my young age, I demand that they be let go or else I am going to escalate this matter and ensure that your company is reduculed in social media and deemed untrustworthy because the staff that you hire are incompetent
