Megabus receives praise for its punctuality, friendly and helpful staff, as well as clean buses. However, some users have noted the absence of advertised amenities such as WiFi and phone chargers on board. Additionally, there were instances where bus stops lacked clear identification or signage.
This was a very enjoyable ride. This bus leaves everyday and makes the trip to Greenbay to Madison very easy and inexpensive. I felt like I was on a tour bus. The route was so exciting and I got to see things I would have never known about. The Driver Derrick made the trip! He was so sweet and we had the best conversation. Im used to having delays in travel and the timing on this bus was like clockwork. Very reliable. This trip is a highlight in my travels. I will use this line again when I return. So grateful 🙏

The bus was on time and the driver was nice, but the bus had no WiFi and no working electrical outlets as advertised. I had planned on working the entire trip, but ended up having to take time off from work because of it.

The bus ride was great but our bus was an hour late. There was no text message or email or anything alerting us that it was running behind. It would have at least been nice to know that it was running late so me and others could have gone to get food somewhere or at leats have known that the bus was going to come because if it wasn't we couldve arranged for other rides.
