Megabus User Reviews
Megabus receives praise for its punctuality, friendly and helpful staff, as well as clean buses. However, some users have noted the absence of advertised amenities such as WiFi and phone chargers on board. Additionally, there were instances where bus stops lacked clear identification or signage.
This was a very enjoyable ride. This bus leaves everyday and makes the trip to Greenbay to Madison very easy and inexpensive. I felt like I was on a tour bus. The route was so exciting and I got to see things I would have never known about. The Driver Derrick made the trip! He was so sweet and we had the best conversation. Im used to having delays in travel and the timing on this bus was like clockwork. Very reliable. This trip is a highlight in my travels. I will use this line again when I return. So grateful 🙏

Kevin was a fantastic driver and did a great job getting everyone on board to their destination safely during severe weather.

Everything was great. the driver did make an announcement while I was in the bathroom and I couldn't hear it. Therefore I was locked in the bus for 10 minutes while he stopped at the gas station. Everything else was fine.

There was a change of driver about mid way to Ithaca. The first driver was eating chips with both hands, while driving with his left forearm and knees. The bus was oscillatting right and left. Once or twice it swung to the side of the road. The driver was talking to himself as if an interlocutor were present. None of this is legal or safe. This was the single most dangerous bus ride I ever had. The second driver was fine.

Megabus FAQ
Megabus buses are usually branded double-deckers, equipped with standard seats, power outlets, Wi-Fi (on most routes), reclining seats, panoramic windows, air conditioning and clean bathrooms.
