Well they changed us to an old bus that overheats and we had to for 2 hrs for the other one to arrive. We arrived at 12:00 a.m which is not a good time we booked for Big Sky disappointed me on this one and there was no compensation for what they have caused.

I enjoy the safe trip. Friendly driver. What I dislike is the urine smell in the bus. Seems toilets are not cleaned regularly. Happened on 2 bus trips from jhb to nelspruit. Had to keep my aircon on from jhb to nelspruit.
