I have been riding for ebus for some years now and this was definitely the worst experience. The driver Troy was very aggressive to start. As well I had paid for two bags and he some how charged me for 4. I've never had this happen before and pack the same everytime. The driver counted my radio as a bag and as well my small cooler. He did similar other passengers and caused the bus to be 25 minutes behind to start. He was also very aggressive to another customer over a very small issue that could have been resolved. I started riding ebus in 2020. But if I am not refunded for my bag charge I will not use this service again.
