I booked my bus for 3pm from Vancouver to Kamloops. I was coming from Hongkong to Vancouver and unfortunately my flight delayed and i was trying to connect them over phone but it couldn’t. i reached the Pacific central bus station at around 3:05. i asked at the Ebus Counter, The lady working there said it's already left and she can't do anything. They didn’t even call me or email me before leaving. i lost 85 bucks and i had to book uber and it cost around 500 bucks (we were 2 people) so 250 bucks each. it really disappointed me.
