Journey was smooth - so much so that they confidently served us hot beverages during the trip. Free wifi and USB charging points at each seat. Legroom and seats were more comfortable than airplane seats, so the trip provided much better rest than flights from town to town. The only downside was the bus heater was a very strong, so we had to take off and put on layers whenever we boarded and disembarked from the bus. Would take again if the opportunity arises!

Through no fault of Marga Taqsa, we arrived at our destination almost four hours late due to high winds that closed down the highway. It was difficult to comprehend the Spanish description of the situation and there was little status communication.

Our bus arrived about 90 minutes later than scheduled. Due to this, we ended up missing our flight out of El Calafate and had to pay $500 USD extra. I had built in enough time for the bus even being 30-45 mins late but never expected such a huge delay.
