Bus Tickets from Puerto Natales to El Calafate

The bus was expected to arrive at 20.50, however instead in was 1.5 hour delayed and first arrived in El Calafate at 22.30.

Our 8 am bus was cancelled by marga and we were put on a 15 40 bus, which meant we missed our connection to elchalten, we had to pay for our accommodation in elchaten and pay for another bus to elchalten on the following day. I asked to cancel the el cale fate to elchalten trip and the wrong trip was cancelled I have ended up paying US $500 extra between accommodation and extra bus fares. The Marga staff were very unhelpful

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and won’t be using their services again. Compared to another company offering the same service, this was much worse. We left late, the journey took far too long, and there was a total lack of communication about the route. For instance, there was an unexpected stop at Esperanza, and no one informed us about it. Passengers were confused, asking questions, but staff offered no explanation. To make matters worse, the stop was unnecessarily long. During the journey, other passengers boarded the bus with greasy, smelly food, and the entire bus reeked. The driver also drove at an incredibly slow pace, and we arrived at our destination almost two hours late. Overall, this company’s service was disorganized, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I’ll be avoiding them in the future.

It was good, nice seats and employee let us know about upcoming border controls and comfort stops.

The communication is really good. I received messages about the changing of bus station the day before departure, and the direction to new location. The Bus is clean and comfortable. The ride was smooth.

Change of bus terminal in Puerto Natales, many people confused. Late departure - the 8:00 bus left before the 7:30 bus. Drop off point in El Calafate was a petrol station and not the bus terminal. No reasons given. Had to pay a taxi to get to hotel.

Our bus was cancelled and no one let us know. We had to hitch hike al the way back to El Calafate to catch our flight!

OK. After checking I had the correct bus and queuing to place my pack under the bus, I was told to go to the desk inside the bus station to check in. It would have been helpful if someone was letting all the passengers know this before hand. It would have made the process easier and less confusing for the punters. The other companies, Bus Sur for example, do not require checking in.

Very professional. Good drivers and dealt with border crossing very well. Nice comfortable bus. Clean toilet.
