First, let me say that the driver was very nice but doesn't speak any English... none... not that I expect that but any American traveling with this company should be aware. Second, the wait at the border between Poland and Ukraine took 5 and a half hours. Again, no fault to the company but if you are trying to make a scheduled event maybe consider another option. The bus was reasonably comfortable and did depart the Rzeszow Airport on time. There was USB power on the bus and wifi available.
