I would rate them terrible as two buses put me behind schedule and I missed my bus in Scranton. It was a passenger who helped me and another bus company went above and beyond to help me make it to Harrisburg. My driver who got me to Scranton very late didn't seem to care that I missed my connection and the fact it was a different company could care less about me. It was not a very good experience what so ever. I would like to discuss this further with you.
