I was disappointed, the way it was soo cold, but the aircon was kept on high from Durban to Port Shepstone, our luggage is not taken care of, the way it was put, it was upside down, took my cabin suitcase with soo many scratches, right on top, even when he took them out, he just pulled them from the trailer, not minding whether it’s on its wayside up or down, really am not happy
