FlixBus Toronto Peterborough recent customer reviews
This was the worst transportation experience I have ever had. I was left waiting for the bus, on the street, in the dark, for 2 hours, while I tried to find out from Flixbus what was happening. No phone contact, only AI bots online. No app updates. Finally at the 2-hour mark, after 25 minutes waiting in a Chat queue (while my phone power ran down), I talked to a human agent who informed me that the bus had "skipped" my stop. And when he offered to book me onto the next bus, I discovered it wasn't for another 16 hours. What bus company allows its drivers to "skip the location" without a text or other message to anyone waiting at the stop, and without trying to put things right? I will never take a Flixbus again, and will also warn everyone I know.

The drivers are friendly but the dropoff site was different than booked, and I would have been stranded if I didn't beg the driver to drive to the correct one as booked (miles away). I have all of the screenshots to prove this, and confirmation. Scary stuff and it has lost a bunch of my trust.

Bus left on time… bus was comfortable and clean. It was a bit difficult finding the Union Bus station. There needs to be more detailed instructions from the entrance of Union Station.

It was excellent to find a bus service that would go directly from Toronto into Peterborough. Too bad that there is only one time to depart at each day (11:15 am) downtown. This might assist in lessening the number of people on the one bus that does depart each day. I found the seats a bit too crowded and not enough leg room - maybe a bit too cozy. They should have removed one row of seats and given a couple of more inches of room to those that were left.

My ride was cancelled at the last minute and I had to scramble for an alternative plan. It was awful. I will never use Book A Ride again.
