It did the trick. We arrived early and that was great 👍 Would love to see paperless tickets!
Great driver and polite. Smooth sailing.
I wait in the freezing cold for the bus until past my schedule time 520. Then 535, I went to talk to reception. Waited til 630. The bus never appeated in my site. First time bus rider, not pleased. Waste of my money. No Greyhound in future
I was very satisfied from start to finish. A seamless trip. Many thanks.
All round good experience, staff were friendly.
Trash, says it’s going to be there at 9:09 then it comes at 8:42 so I missed my bus because of them sayin they will be later but show up early
Wonderful ride and our driver was 10 minutes ahead of schedule, despite the stops he had to make! Well done! Richard
The driver was very rude and unfriendly..he threw my bag out of the storage area onto the ground which broke my perfume bottle which ruined two outfits. My bag was also thrown into a wet mushy mess where if he would have just waited 11 seconds I could have grabbed my backpack directly from the rude driver.
The bus took a very convoluted route to get to the destination
Convenient service and well priced. I will certainly use Greyhound again.
The bus ride was very good. However the bus driver from Pearson airport to downtown was rude to a woman and demeaning to her as she did not speak very good english. The second bus driver I had to Peterborough was fine. Please be more patient if English is not your customers first language!
Was great! Made it to destination ahead of time
Greyhound on the whole, is good. However, they may want to train their drivers better so they don,t get totally lost!
great drive, safe and worth every pany, I will do it again.
It was a good trip.
The staff was communicative and polite.
The bus was late and had no wifi or outlets
Traffic was bad
Quite pleased with the service and how friendly and efficient the driver was
Your drivers should be trained more on cx service when talking to ppl! Nicer ppl would be nice!
Very accommodating drivers who drove very well
Bus station was closed. Couldn't find hours. Couldn't pick up ticket, which is non refundable. Had to use GO
Staff were excellent especially the receptionist at Toronto Pearson airport who rescheduled our trip after we missed our bus due to airline delay and the bus driver who painstaking explained directions to our final destination.
The delay was due to traffic congestion so no blame to Greyhound. Pleasant and efficient service.
I was told that the Greyhound bus line was bike friendly so I sent my grandson on a trip. I cannot believe that it cost me an extra $50.00 for him to take his BMX bike and store it under the bus. The under carriage was not even close to being full.
The trip was fast and efficient; the driver was polite and informative and clearly committed to getting us there in good time. The facilities were clean. The price was right.
