I booked a bus for last night, December 4, 2025, at 8:55 PM, but it arrived at 11:45 PM. It was delayed for more than three hours, and we were not informed about the delay or any issues. While we completely understand that unexpected problems can occur, our concern is that we were not updated. Please ensure to notify passengers in the future so we know whether to wait or make alternate arrangements.
