Bus from Calgary to Edmonton: Tickets & Timetables

It was not a great trip. The bus needed to be replaced due to a mechanical issue & left 2 hours late.

Today’s weather is so cool as rain outside but all the time there is AC going on No heat

The service provided was good and the bus was both roomy and clean. As there was a delay of several hours on the highway due to a serious accident, I suggest: 1. That highway conditions be proactively monitored throughout each bus trip to allow possible detours to be taken. 2. Passengers be advised about unexpected delays or other challenges and provided with information that bus employees have access to.

Second time in a row the bus arrived 30 min late and almost an hr late to destination

Everything was good except for a passenger behind me that didn't listen to instructions and was on his phone . LOUD.

Friendly driver but no AC and even though the bus was half full I couldn’t compete with the handful of other passengers streaming their shows on wifi

The washroom was dirty, smellinh and we didnt even get a bathroom break the whole journey. The bus was late and we werent offered water

when i booked online ticket then its show me there is complementry water bottel for passenger accidently i forgot my water bottel at home then i ask to driver for water bottel he said to me there is no water bottel for passenger it was so shameful for me

The trip was fast and efficient. No wifi and the toilet was disgustingly dirty. No hand sanitizer

The bus chair doesn't have place or buckets to put our phone ,glasses or small item that we use , old style chairs

Late arriving at destination. Traffic was not an issue. Driver stopped at a stop with no passenger pickup, spoke with someone they knew for 4 minutes and then left. Seemed the driver was going below the speed limit the entire time even as the highway was not bumper to bumper busy as in the past. Definitely no need to have been late as the driver would go 40 when it was 50, 50 when it was 60. Seemed to always speed up to the speed limit and then slow down the entire trip. Yes, I could see how fast the bus was traveling.

The staff are courteous and efficient, the ride was smooth left on time but arrived 20 mins late.

The service was great, and a very comfortable ride. It was nice that there were treats and drinks available at the back of the bus as well.

drop off at SouthGate was very poor. No parking for anyone needing pickup. Very difficult if a senior or have mobility issues to walk across a very busy road

Everything was on time, and the bus was very comfortable. The driver was very good, professional, and friendly. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this service.

It was hassle-free except for the fact that my Driver's license was in question, however, I realized that the CSR was not knowledgeable that the licensed from another Commonwealth (Caribbean island) was acceptable.

Driver was great , we drove past a fresh accident and he got us through safely and sufficiently.

I was waiting in centex Calgary and the bus went with out taking us. Very bad experience
