I enjoy the convenience not have to drive by myself to Orlando. Check in and check out were easy. Signage of which train goes to where could be better. As I was boarding Ft. Lauderdale station. Both Miami bound and Orlando bound trains arrived at the same time. I have to ask which train should be the one to board. In between the sponsors advertising banners, I hope to see the announcement of the next stop or a signage on the station showing where the train is heading to and what stops the train will make. I was asked by other passengers and I have no clue which train goes to where and what stops the train will stop. A map of the train on station will be very helpful. The seats are very nice but not comfortable. I hope seats can recline so people can rest on the train. Thank you!

The woman that served us in the train was lovely, kind and helpful. The only problem was that the email I received said to be 15 minutes before. I got there earlier but because there were a lot of people I missed the option to check in my bags.

When arriving was escorted by a brightline member to check the size of my bag, after confirming the size of the bag was valid. They then told me that it is now 5 minutes till the train leaves and i must wait for the next train to arrive. I had originally arrived with time to make it onto the train but after being escorted to customer services I then missed the window.

Additionally, pets should remain securely inside an approved carrier or crate in all areas past security, including lounge areas and on board the train. Each adult passenger (+13) can travel with one pet, and the pet must be in a a carrier not exceeding 17" x 10" x 10" in size. Depending on the pet's breed and size, an additional ticket may be required. It's important to note that pets must be at least eight weeks old and should require no attention during travel. A $10 fee is charged for each pet on all trips, except between Orlando and other destinations, when the fee is $45.
