The bus was late 2 hours just because they were trying to merge the 1:45 ride while I was supposed to leave at 12 pm. That was an awful ride they lied about the time, so they got me to wait for 2 hours.
The bus was late. But I'm assuming it was because of traffic. The process of checking in with the driver was quick and smooth. The ride was smooth as well. We experienced traffic on the way but I know that was beyond the driver's control too. Overall, the experience was good.
Bus NEVER showed up, NO clear pick up station or Anyone to assists riders. I missed crucial flight in Orlando and precious last minute family time. Would love to be reimbursed. thanks
Very bad experience. Bus was dirty with a weird smell. Some passengers wasn’t wearing a mask. 2 passengers were listening to music or movie out loud on speaker and another was on the phone for more than 30 minutes talking and laughing at loud.
The pick up location was very difficult to understand. I traveled to 2 locations. Spent $100. Went to Greyhound Bus Station in West Palm Beach. Was sent to MM94 Florida Turnpike Rest Stop in W.P.B. Almost missed our bus. Bathroom on bus was filthy & smelled.
The bus got damaged in the way and we have to wait for two hours for the replacement bus. We arrived 1:30 am and payed a Lift because no buses at this time
Driver didnt help with loading of bags, also as a first time I had no idea where my stop was since there was no announcement of the stops. Travelling with a toddler and a 1 month old from west palm international was enough for me and this driver stood up and watch me load all 5 bags and a stroller without helping. He would get a 5 star for driving safely.
The original bus broke down so this one was a replacement. So even if it was late it showed up, the driver quickly solved all issues and we were in the road quickly.
Bus driver great! We were 1.5hrs late to Orlando d/t an accident that shut down a part of the Turnpike for hours. We would have been later if not for his quick-thinking, drive & initiative Value for price wasn't experienced. $72 one way is too much.
Absolutely fantastic service. The seats are amazingly comfortable - really padded, foot rests I’ve never seen before which are super comfortable and a great amount of recline.
The driver was very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic.
I cannot recommend Red Coach enough.
There’s no way to no if your bus is delayed. no number to contact customer service. Theres also no way to know where to meet the bus, i was frantically looking for my bus and the bus wasn’t called busline. It was called something completely different so I didnt know my bus had arrived
Driver was on his phone throughout the drive. Talking at times other times on YouTube. Bus late with no notification, even though I requested to be notified. Bus description did not have Busline on the side, if it wasn’t for others I wouldn’t have known this was the bus. A/C on full blast even though multiple people informed driver it was way too cold, he did not decrease the temperature. Bus older model and some upgrades such as seats belts will be a plus.
Bus was packed, everyone had seats.
I missed the bus because you put the wrong address of the departure! I wasted 2 hours of my day and it ruined my whole schedule! I will not recommend you to anyone and incredibly unhappy with your company.
I am highly disappointed with this bus service. The bus came an hour late. The bathroom was dirty and had no tissues. I was in agony the whole bus ride because I needed the bathroom. The driver was unfocused and was looking at his phone and clipboard while driving and it was not a smooth ride.
