No information about the bus on screen at Miami, check- in very slow. Busdriver very organised, but a bit Drill Sergeant like 😂😂 he probably knows why. Seats quite comfortable.
Very comfortable and spacious. Recommend it to anyone.
However, the policy should be tweak to allow persons to board the bus even if they are early, instead of waiting outside. But was a great ride
Airport customers have luggage - not always easy to carry around - staff at GH terminal should realize not easy to move bags around to line up for bus.
Very bad service! I never had in my life a bad experience like that. The pick up point isn t clear. I had call the assistence and told me a wrong things! I had pay 80$ to don't lost my flight. That is shameful!!
Are u freaking kidding me? No bus showed up and we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes past the scheduled departure time, no mail to us explaining why the bus didn't come, and yes we where in the right place, I want my 2x20$ back cause we took a taxi straight from Miami airport to fort Lauderdale airport and that was 77$ ,I will never ever advice anyone to use your service ever, I'm so angry disappointed
I have already written regarding my experience with Go Buses and the customer service was great in response to my email. The customer service I received when I called was not. 3 stars is a rating combining the two experiences.
I had difficulty finding the terminal for Southwest airlines. The driver did not know which terminal at Fort Lauderdale. It would have been helpful if he had known
